Strategic Implementation Partner: We share necessary technical and logistical data with our strategic partner, MND Solutions for Manufacturing, solely for the purpose of ensuring seamless physical fabrication and implementation of our designs, thereby completing the production cycle.
Third-Party Processors: We share billing information with necessary third parties for payment processing and financial administration only.

We prioritize the security and confidentiality of your intellectual property and project data:
Strict Access Control: Access to project-specific and technical data (blueprints, design files, etc.) is strictly restricted to the specific project personnel and authorized partners. We employ a rigorous system of client-based management to prevent the mixing or unauthorized viewing of confidential information between different clients.
Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs): We sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) as requested or applicable to the project, formalizing our commitment to protecting your intellectual property.
Standard Security Measures: We implement industry-standard physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

We retain your information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy and to meet legal obligations:
We retain project and account information for the duration of the active client account.
We retain all project-specific and technical documentation for a minimum of three (3) additional years after the completion of the service contract for purposes of quality assurance, warranty fulfillment, and reference.
